User Agreement

Welcome to Brandbaba! By using our mobile app and website, you agree to be legally bound by the terms set out in this User Agreement. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Brandbaba platform confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this agreement, our privacy policy, and refund policy.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of Brandbaba, you must register and maintain an active user account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated information. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

3. User Conduct

• Do not post or use content that is violent, pornographic, hateful, or violates any laws.
• Do not impersonate any person or entity.
• Do not use automation tools, bots, or scripts to access Brandbaba.
• Do not interfere with app functionality or servers.
• Do not upload copyrighted material unless you have the right to use it.

4. Subscription and Billing

Brandbaba is a paid service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the mentioned charges. All payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and content on Brandbaba are protected under copyright. You may not reuse or distribute them without permission.

6. Termination

Brandbaba reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate this agreement. You can terminate your account anytime by uninstalling the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brandbaba is not liable for any loss, damages, or data issues arising from app usage. Use our services at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in Ahmedabad (Rural).
