Brandbaba is a paid service platform. Once a user purchases a subscription plan, all payments made are final. We do not offer any free trials or demo periods.

Please review your subscription plan carefully before making a payment. By proceeding with any purchase on Brandbaba, you agree to our terms and this Refund Policy.

Refunds

All payments made on Brandbaba are non-refundable, including partially unused subscriptions.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with features after purchase, unless otherwise required under applicable consumer law.
In rare cases of duplicate payment or transaction error, users must contact support within 3 working days with valid proof.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings. Cancellation will stop auto-renewal of your plan.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle. No refund will be provided for the remaining days.
