Brandbaba is a paid service platform. Once a user purchases a subscription plan, all payments made are final. We do not offer any free trials or demo periods.
Please review your subscription plan carefully before making a payment. By proceeding with any purchase on Brandbaba, you agree to our terms and this Refund Policy.
Refunds
- All payments made on Brandbaba are non-refundable, including partially unused subscriptions.
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with features after purchase, unless otherwise required under applicable consumer law.
- In rare cases of duplicate payment or transaction error, users must contact support within 3 working days with valid proof.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings. Cancellation will stop auto-renewal of your plan.
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle. No refund will be provided for the remaining days.
